At Fit RX Pro, we stand behind the value of our coaching programs and services. We strive to provide an excellent experience to every client.

Coaching Program Refunds: If you are not medically approved for a prescription after completing your telehealth intake and consultation with our partner provider (Qualiphy), you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase.

Refunds are only granted if:

You complete the medical intake form

You are denied treatment by the medical provider

Refunds are not issued for reasons unrelated to medical eligibility (e.g., changing your mind, not completing the intake, or lack of follow-up).

Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process after being approved.
