These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fit RX Pro’s website and services. By accessing our website, purchasing a coaching program, or engaging with our telehealth partners, you agree to these Terms.

1. Coaching & Telehealth Access: Fit RX Pro provides fitness coaching and access to licensed medical providers via third-party telehealth services (Qualiphy). We do not prescribe or ship medication directly.

2. No Guarantee of Prescription: Coaching packages include access to a medical provider who will determine if prescription peptides are appropriate. There is no guarantee you will be prescribed medication.

3. Refunds: Refunds are only issued if you are not approved after your medical consult. See our Refund Policy.

4. Health Information: All personal health information submitted during the intake is protected under HIPAA compliance via our telehealth partners.

5. Limitation of Liability: Fit RX Pro is not liable for medical decisions made by third-party providers or pharmacies. Always consult your assigned medical provider before beginning any treatment.
